Last adds! Sorry to go home today! It´s been a great week here at IF studios in Gothenburg! But we will go back soon! One amp was broken and some other things happend. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Day 3! Or more correct night! New song about being at the top of a race! About all of you guys;) Per is doing his best to make it heavy and full of energy! He promised to blow your wigs of....hehe!! 2 different amps are used, ENGL and MESA!

Recording started with drums. Marcus preparing for his best hit ever ;)
Tonight we will sleep at the studio sofa. Marcus will bang his hands of these drums!
First song will actually be a new international version of "Running in your veins"

This was our first day in the IF Studios Gothenburg.
Håkan and our new drummer Marcus, did some setups for drum recordings together with the talented engineer/producer Roberto Laghi. Tomorrow we're going to start recording the drums on four brand new songs!!

Afterparty with Mustasch!!! Fri, 16 Oct 2009 00:12

Last Friday we had a great and very wet afterparty together with the Swedish band Mustasch at Glada Ankan in Karlstad! They did a great show earlier!!

Now it´s time for me to go to New York and promote our music even more. We have a new album coming up early next year so it´s very important to build up new relations!

But I will have great fun at the same time. Meeting our biggest supporter Henri!

Skogsröjet festival. Mon, 31 Aug 2009 01:01

Finally back home again after the last rock festival this summer.
Skogsröjet, Rejmyre was a really nice festival with a lot of happy rockers.
Unfortunately we had a huge problem with the sound system but at the end of our show it all seemed ok.

It was great to play in Ö-Vik and Skellefteå. We met lots of nice people there that loves our music. Thank you for was there and supported us. That makes it worth sitting in the tour bus around 2000 km this weekend ;) Next weekend we're going to visit Sundsvall on Friday and Östersund on Saturday. That's our last stop with Rockweekend On Tour. But of course will we continue to play around in Sweden. There are also several festivals that will be visited by us in the summer.

It's time again to meet you guys.
"Rockweekend On Tour" continues with shows in Gävle on friday and Upplands Väsby on saturday. We will also do a second show on friday in Falun (Magasinet),
arranged by Project Six. GREAT!!

So...now you have three possibilities to rock together with us this weekend ;)

ON TOUR Mon, 13 Apr 2009 14:02

It's great to be on tour again.
Great bands, crew, Rockweekend and Rockklassiker.
The premiere went of at Garden, Linköping.
A new show, new sound engineers and also a new bass player.
We tried Jonathan live for the first time (the hairy guy with a sandwich).
The next stop was Örebro. A lot of stuff happened there.
Due to the large amount of hairspray used by all the rockers the fire alarm in the arena turned on (no rockers or animals were injured).
Ian Haugland (drummer in the band Europe) did one of his famous party trick.
No no...i'm not gonna tell..It must be experienced, but I'm sure that I'll never gonna forget that :)

Finally it's spring!
And the best way to celebrate that is to go on tour.
Starting in Linköping the 9th of april together with Mustasch, Heat, Dead By April and Dia Psalma.
A rock festival on tour. GREAT!!!
I hope to see you all there screaming and jumping.

Peter in the studio with Paradise Lost Sun, 15 Mar 2009 22:10

One of the worlds best gothic metal band Paradise Lost hired our drummer Peter to play on their forthcoming album.

Here's an excerpt from the bands website:
"There is no full time replacement for Jeff as yet, but as far as the album is concerned, the drum stool will be occupied by another Swede - Peter Damin. Sweden hails some of the best metal musicians in the world and Peter is no exception, we really look forward to working with him and his input on the album."

This weekend we had a showcase arranged by ProjectSix at Nöjesfabriken, Karlstad.
Several people from the "music business" was there and the responce was great!!
Per played on his new 7-string guitar for the first time live. It sounded fantastic dude;)
Igge, our light designer has made a really cool R5 logo in metal. It's awesome!

Rock´n roll and...pinapple Mon, 23 Feb 2009 20:08

A huge part of being a musician in a rock band is to work hard with the songs, often very late in the studio, rehersals, humping gears and...unfortunately sitting too long in a tour bus eating junk food and drinking beers. For that reason I started on a diet one week ago. Today and tomorrow is the pinapple days. The only thing I´m allowed to eat is pinapple. Pinapple pinapple pinapple!!!! Looking forward to wednesday. Real food:)
On friday is it showtime again. I love it! Looking forward to that.

Hej! Efter mycket förfrågan så har vi beslutat att köra en dunderfest till i Göteborg!!! Nu tillsammans med Bandit 104,8. Hoppas taket lyfter lika högt på Sticky som det gjorde på Glada Ankan!!! Vi ses den 6 Mars....!!!

Thanks!! Our very first releaseparty was a blast!!! Great to have it in Karlstad too, our hometown!
We had about 300 invited people there and best of all!! Our sponsor Jack Daniels arrived with the drinks! Well we had a great night. Now we are looking forward to the next one in Gothenburg, really soon!

Bandit Rock awards! Thu, 5 Feb 2009 20:08

Finally! Time for Bandit Rock awards in Stockholm! It was a great night with Swedish aswell as american bands on stage! We did 2 songs! Our hits "Running in your veins" and "Darkest age". Our guitar amp got broken but an old american guy came along and twisted the sound on a Marshall that became our best dist sound ever. Per is close buying a Marshall now after all!


We are close to make a deal for a 12 giggs tour in Sweden during April! Let´s hope for the best!!

Awesome playing in our hometown again!!! Great show done by Mustasch also!! We had a late soundcheck with no time to rest after so we just put our rockpants on and jumped on stage!!
About 1500 people was there. If you ever have a chance to visit Karlstad you should see a consert in this place!
we will upload photos as soon as we get home again! It´s such a great feeling to see that more and more people come to our shows.... we have been working really hard for this!

Right now we are in a very quiet hotel lobby in Nässjö. Really cold outside but we will make this place hot tonight (hopefully:)!

Tack alla som kom igår! Skitkul som vanligt! Bolanche med tillhörande Rockfickan e ett riktigt rock hak, ljudet var si och så men det funkade! Jag tror vi spräckte det sista som var kvar av elementen!

Roligt med coverbandet "Farbror Fläsk" som underhåll oss både i logen och på julmiddagen!!! Det blev en sen och blöt kväll, lucia o allt! För er som har lite koll så har vi haft en vikarie under hösten på trummor! Peter har varit borta på jobb så Marcus har ryckt in. Han gjorde sitt sista jobb igår för den här gången.. Snygg frilla har han som ni ser..:)
Det märks att Darkest age har börjat fästa på nu vilket e kul! Running in your veins och Shadows är ju annars de mest kända... Spännt o se hur det kommer gå med nya singeln...!

Idag var det dags att "repa" igen.
Tänk att stå och harva samma låtar om och om igen i en lokal som
ser ut som om en tornado svept igenom. Instrument överallt, dämpskivor, gamla cdskivor,
ett gäng ölburkar och vidrig kaffebryggare som ingen vill ta i.
En klassisk replokal för rockband helt enkelt.
Konstigt nog trivs man i den ändå...kanske är det så att det måste kännas lite sunkigt
för att det skall bli rätt feeling.
Hur det än är så är det absolut värt det. Belöningen kommer ju när vi möter våra fans
på spelningarna runt om i landet. UNDERBART!!!

Alla dessa låååånga nätter...puh...
Konstigt att det alltid blir sena nätter. Men då är det lugnt och skönt.
inga telefoner som ringer eller andra störande element.
Bara musiken...och kaffe förstås;)

Nu har i alla fall nästa singel Save My Soul gått på tryck.
Denna gång med tre olika versioner av samma låt.
En hård version, en lite snällare och en skön ballad version.
Ska bli kul att höra vilken som blir favorit.

Albumet !!!! Tue, 2 Dec 2008 10:10

ÄNTLIGEN! Har det i handen nu... Bilderna blev bra, fick frysa en hel del men så kan det vara ibland! Undergrounded Universe, bilderna måste ju tas under jorden!!
VI är jöttenöjda med låtarna blev ganska varierat faktiskt men så brukar det bli med första skivan. Man provar sig liksom fram bit för bit. Nu är det bara att vänta tills 4 Februari då den släpps på riktigt!

Föressten kolla gärna in vår nya singel Darkest age!!!

Nästa singel Save my soul blir en aning softare men för alla som gillar mer drag typ running in your veins... Det finns gott om sånt på albumet!

Idag rockar vi på Sala Festivalen i Sala och i morgon RockOff festivalen i Mariehamn, Åland.
Flera nya låtar blir det och givetvis våra singlar.
